Can information be requested from the SPTO on the status or processing of an industrial property application?

Yes. The SPTO will answer questions related to your own applications (Information service at 902 157530; informacion@oepm.es).

You can also track the administrative processing of your application case file on this body's website (through the CEO database).

Any incident that arises while your application is being processed that prevents it from being registered will be reported in writing to the address provided, giving you the chance to rectify any problems found.

If the application process is being handled through an Industrial Property Agent, this individual will be the communication channel with the SPTO.
